फेसबुक ट्विटर सोशल मीडिया का मेला है
फिर भी हर इंसान तनहा अकेला है
कोई किसी से लम्बी बात करता नहीं
कान से किसी के ईरफ़ोन उतरता नहीं
बच्चों के पास है मोबाइल और वीडियो खेल
उनका बहार जाकर दूसरों संग बंद हुआ मेल
कहते हैं सबको हो रहा है तनाव
अरे इसका कुछ उपाय है क्या जनाब?
अगर कल बदलना है तो बदलो पहले आज
अन्यथा हो जायेगा अंत मानव समाज
