पहला दांत आया है भैया
बनाओ घर में खीर सेवइया
ये तो बस आरम्भ है बत्तीस की मज़बूत लड़ी का
कबसे इंतज़ार था मात-पिता को शुभ घड़ी का
थोड़ा तो होगा दांत उगने में दर्द
किन्तु हार न मान बच्चे तू है मर्द
अब खाना होगा पौष्टिक आहार
ताकि तेज़ रहे बढ़ने की रफ़्तार

English Translation:
Oh dear, it is my first tooth
Let us celebrate it by cooking rice pudding at home
This is just the start of a strong league of 32 teecth
My parents were anxiously waiting for this auspicious day for long
It might pain a bit while my tooth emerges out
But, I must not quit, and I am brave enough to bear all the pain
Now, I must eat nutritious diet
So that I can grow into a healthy adult
