लाल रंग में पली हूँ
कोन की तरह ढली हूँ
मेरा नाम है गाजर
मुझमें उम्दा फाइबर
मुझको सलाद में कच्चा खाओ
या मटर आलू संग सब्जी बनाओ
विटामिन में मैं हूँ खूब धनि
खाओ मुझे रोज़ भर पेट खूब जनि

How to read:

Lal rang mein pali hoon

Cone ki tarha dhali hoon

Mera naam hai gajar

Mujhmein umda fiber

Mujhko salad mein kacha khao

Ya matar alu sang sabji banao

Vitamin mein main hoon khoob dhani

Khao mujhe roz bhar pet khoob jani

English Translation

I am raised in red color

I have a conical shape

My name is carrot

I am rich in fiber

You can eat me raw in salad

Or cook me with peas and potato as a vegetable

I am quite rich in Vitamins

Eat me a lot everyone

दीवार की कील पर हूँ टंगा
तारीखों और महोनों में हूँ रंगा
देखलो मुझमें सब त्यौहार
जान लो कब है कौन सा वार
नवरात्री हो या हो दुर्गा पूजा
बता दूँ कब कोई अवकाश होगा
जनवरी से शुरू होता है मेरा कार्यकाल
३१ दिसंबर के बाद मत पूछो मेरा हाल
नए साल में फिर नया कैलेंडर है आता
मैं अपने सिंघासन से खुद उतर जाता

English Translation:

I am hung on a nail planted on a wall

I am colored with dates and months

You can check all festivals using me

You can check which day is what date via me

Whether it is Navratri or Durga Puja

I can tell you when it is a holiday

My work life starts from January onwards

Do not ask my condition after 31 December

In the new year, a new calendar comes up.

As a result I leave my position

कुत्ते जैसी शकल वाला
है ये भालू बड़ा निराला
हट्टा कट्टा मोटा ताज़ा
छोटी सी पूँछ तीखा पंजा
इसके हाथ न चढ़ना कभी
चीर फाड़ करदेगा सभी
खाना पीना सोना इसे भाता
सुस्त चाल ही ये चल पाता
शिकार इसका इतना हुआ
कि डर है कब ये लुप्त हुआ

English Translation:

Having a face that resembles a dog,

This animal bear is quite attractive

Having a strong body built

A small tail, and sharp claws

Never mess with a bear

It will tear you apart completely

It likes to eat, drink and rest

It has a very drowsy gait

Bears have been hunted so badly

that there is a fear of them being extinct soon

दांत साफ़ रखो मेरे भाई
वरना होगी बहुत खिचाई
बैक्टीरिया करेंगे दन्त में छेद
पीले पड़ जायेंगे बत्तीस सफ़ेद
बढ़ जायेगा तुम्हारा बहु खर्चा
जब डेंटिस्ट देगा बिल का परचा
इसीलिए करो दांतो की सेवा
अगर खाते रहना है मेवा
रोज़ तुम करो दिन-रात्रि ब्रश
ना हो दन्त-कष्ट किसी कारण वश

English Translation:

Oh dear, please keep your teeth clean

Else it will be a matter of great embarrasment

Bacteria will create cavities in your teeth

Your 32 white teeth will turn yellow

You will incur great expenses

when the dentist will handover the bill to you

Hence, it is critical to take care of your teeth

if you wish to enjoy food

Brush your teeth at day and night regularly

This will keep all dental issues away.
